The Arkansas Adjusters Association is a 56 year old professional organization tha provides many worthwhile functions. One of our functions is to provide scholarship funds for children of our members. We currently give three scholarships per year.
The first scholarship is a $1,000.00 award designated for a student majoring in the Insurance program at the University of Central Arkansas at Conway.
We offer two $1,000.00 educational scholarships to children of active members. One is designated for students majoring in a business related field and the other is open to students of any major, to include entering freshman and graduate students. |

The Arkansas Adjusters Association also provides an annual award to the Volunteer Fire Department of the year. This is a $1,000.00 gift.
In addition to the scholarships and the fire department award, we also do a number of social events throughout the year, including an annual picnic, golf tournament and Christmas party.
As a professional organization, we also promote and sponsor a monthly speaker series to further educate our members. Our speaker series has included a very diverse group, to include the State Insurance Commissioner, doctors, lawyers, engineers and other professional persons willing to give their time to such a worthy cause.
We also have various committee groups to support the organization and help to stay current on the changing laws and practices of insurance.
